Find your receipt

After a confirmed payment, SomHack emails your receipt with a PDF attached. A pending or unconfirmed payment does not yet have a confirmed-payment receipt.
Find the email
Check the email address used for your SomHack account, including spam or junk. Look for your confirmed-payment receipt from SomHack. Save the PDF if you need a copy.
If the payment page says the receipt email is being sent, your payment is already saved. Do not pay again to get an email.
Download another copy
After a confirmed payment, use Download receipt on the payment result page when it is available. You can also open Settings, then Billing, to find your payment history and available receipts. You must be signed in to your own account.
What the receipt shows
The receipt records your plan, amount in USD, payment method, payment reference, confirmation time and purchased access period. A renewal receipt shows the additional period you purchased. It is a PDF, separate from a learning certificate or machine achievement card.
If the receipt is missing
First check the payment status. If it is pending or not confirmed, follow the payment help articles before paying again.
If a confirmed-payment receipt still cannot be found or downloaded, contact support with your payment time and reference if available. Never send your wallet PIN or card details.
