How Premium and Gold work

SomHack has Basic, Premium and Gold access. Premium and Gold are paid plans that you renew manually. Nothing renews or charges you by itself.
Your access period
A Premium or Gold purchase gives 30 days of access. The period starts when the payment is confirmed. If access is still switching on, follow the payment page and do not pay again.
When you renew the same plan before it ends, another 30 days is added to your current access period. If you pay twice for the same plan and both payments go through, the second adds another 30 days. If you would rather have a refund, contact support. Staff handle refunds manually.
What your plan unlocks
Access depends on the minimum plan published for each course, path or machine. Difficulty does not decide access. Check the content page and checkout for the current access requirement and price.
All plans use the same lab runtime limits and VPN access. Your plan does not change XP rules, ranks or earned certificates.
When paid access ends
Your access returns to Basic. You can keep using content available to Basic learners. Your saved answers, enrollment, progress, XP and earned achievements remain. If you regain the needed access, you can continue your saved work.
Changing plans
Check the plan and access dates shown in your account and payment result. For a question about changing tiers or how an earlier payment was applied, contact support with your payment reference. Do not make another payment just to clear a pending status.
